Hey all,
Happy Friday
I had my dash signed using a Metallic Silver Sharpie; it was unexpected, so no special prep was done. The signature is on the lower passenger airbag panel just over the glove box. Note this is on a 13 Boss 302, not my ex 08 Bullitt.
The Sharpie pigments are carried in alcohol based solvent, and I'm thinking a lacquer based clear coat should protect without causing running during the overcoat process.
Anyone have experience doing this ? I'd appreciate sharing of any prior knowledge about the best way to proceed
Thanks in advance
