2017 Shootout in the works?

Had a nice lunch with Midgeman and Mike Foster a few weeks back. I mentioned the Shootout, and David said there are talks, but I haven't read anything about it. I like to schedule my vacation for the week after, so if there is an idea for the Shootout, is it posted anywhere?

thanks for your reply charles, I was not aware that the shootout had been cancelled , I hadn't heard or seen anything on this thread ( until your reply ) or any other IMBOC thread that the event wasn't going to take place. I thought since there had been a decent response to attending, that the logistics and dates were still being finalized but I guess the national event in Charlotte might have drawn a lot of people away.

Charlotte... The father of a guy we know was just murdered in Charlotte Wednesday morning. He was just delivering newspapers to a store there when this punk tried to rob him and shot him. He died in the street by his vehicle. Very sad and tragic!
