Sorry, new Rangers are way too big. Just need a small truck to run around in. Also, I don't want an EcoBoost anything. Please just give me a simple, uncomplicated, V6 that runs forever (like the older Rangers).

Agree with you Jack. That's why I bought my regular cab short box Dodge. It's a little wider than a Ranger, but actually shorter, weighs about the same, and had more horsepower. And was $3000 cheaper? Regular V6, 8 spd automatic, 4WD, LS rear end. Like it so far.

My daily beater, bought new, is an 03 SportTrak, V6, 4.11 rear. And what a beater it is! With regular PM, takes a daily beating, tows trailers great, 2 German Shepards ride in the back seat and keeps going...All major components run on... A Swiss Army knife. Allows me to put funds into the BLLTT.
And it is GREEN!
