New here...

Hi everyone,

I'm Tim and I am from the land of 10,000 lakes. I just inherited my dads(jchandler195 08 bullitt #2520 after he sadly passed away this past year due to cancer. But happily keeping the car in the family and just recently did a fun road trip in the car from Georgia to Minnesota. Already got the first car show all lined up to take it to and keep it looking sharp. Very psyched for the opportunity to keep my dads car going and make him proud with lots of washing and waxing and taking it to car shows and fun cruises.

Look forward to connecting with everyone here!

-Tim 08 bullitt #2520

Two defining forces died for you. Jesus Christ died for your soul. The American Soldier died for your freedom.

Welcome

Welcome Tim, good to see another Minnesota Bullitt. Do you live near the cities or rural?

I also send condolences to you and your family.

And send a Welcome to IMBOC from East Tennessee.

I think personally there are some very knowledgeable individuals on here when it comes to Mustangs. They have been very helpful to me in the short time I have been on the site.
Enjoy your car.

Welcome Tim! I met my wife in Minnesota, she’s from South St Paul. I also have a daughter that still lives in the area.

Also very sorry to hear about your Dad.

Welcome Tim. Never have been in Minnesota, but I'm glad to hear that you're keeping your dad's old car. It sure seems you'll be enjoying it in a manner your dad would approve. Hang on to the good memories as you make more of them.

There are some pretty good people here, so don't hesitate to ask any questions you many have about your car.

Hi Tim. Welcome to IMBOC. Condolences on the passing of your dad. You will enjoy the Bullitt, trust me. Hey, if you're into fishing, I recommend my late-uncle's resort, probably well north of you in Max, Minnesota. It's called "Driftwood Resort." My uncle (rest his soul) built the whole thing by hand... cabins, dock, everything. A couple named "Olsen" now own it. Some fine Northern Pike there in Sand Lake! Here's the link: https://www.driftwoodresortmn.com/

Happy Bullitting and good luck fishing!

We talked to Chandler from (near or in?) Atlanta at the Nats in Panama City Beach. This was our first Nationals, and he made us feel very welcome and not lost in a large crowd. We have eagerly watched for him every year at the Nats to no avail. My deepest condolences.

Chandler said that on his commutes to and from work, he never got higher than second gear, but he didn’t mind because he was driving his Bullitt.
