Does anyone have JJZ 109 on their state license plate?

Hello everyone. This is my first post, so I thought I would share my good fortune with everyone. I got my '08 Bullitt on January 10 at sticker. Just for fun, I went to my local DMV in Louisville to see if I could get the magical JJZ 109 on my state plate. As I predicted, they said nope, someone already has it. So I went home, played around on the DMV's website and tried JJZ 109 and it wasn't registered. Weird, huh? So I go back and tell them about it and what had happened was the guy who had JJZ 109 before me let it lapse, didn't reup it and it became available. So guess who got it? I could not believe it! It took a month and a half to get it, but oh, how good it looks. I will have pics up later today or tomorrow, but to know I have one of only 50 official (in a roundabout sort of way) JJZ 109 plates, it is just icing on the cake, which is my Bullitt. The other weird thing was that in Kentucky, the number 0 can't be used as a character on a personal plate. Strange. Instead, I had to use the letter O, but on the plate, it looks like a zero. Don't ask me, all I was worried about was if it looked like the original, and it does, font wise. I have to settle for blue letters/numbers on a white background. Oh well, thankfully I got it. Anybody else got it on theirs? I am guessing that JJZ 109 is probably used more for '68 Bullitts, rather than '01 or '08s, but it looks good either way. To say the least, I am so very, very, very happy with number 2268, 2008 Dark Highland Green Bullitt Mustang. I love this car, I love driving it, I love the way it looks. For those of you who have yours, you know what I am talking about, and for those still waiting, trust me, be patient, it will be worth the wait. And for those considering buying a Mustang, if you can, get the Bullitt, it is by far the best Mustang money can buy. (I know there will be some Shelby/Saleen/Roush lovers out there who will beg to differ, but for the price, if you can get it at sticker, you can't beat it.) The only complaint, if I can even call it a complaint, is that I am guessing I am the only individual in Louisville with a Bullitt, although I am probably mistaken. I have to remind myself not to drive too fast, otherwise I don't think it will be hard for the police to spot my car (Be on the lookout for a 2008 Ford Mustang, Dark Green in color!) and get me for driving over the speed limit. Like I said, this car is too much fun to drive, and the faster, the better!

I tried in Kansas but it was taken, I got "08BULIT".
I got the same plate for AZ. I tried for JJZ 109 but it was taken. I had thought about "LTFRANK" or just "Frank" but my wife thought I was weird! Oh well......

Will get pics up as soon as the monsoon ends...

Hello everyone,

Thanks again for the warm welcome. I just wanted to let you all know that as soon as the monsoon stops here in Louisville (everytime I wash my Bullitt, it rains like there's no tomorrow!), I will get out and take the pictures of my license plate and of my Bullitt. I made a few cosmetic changes on the rear end, mostly the decklid and tailights, nothing gaudy, just touch up pieces. I put black taillight bezels on and a center piece to black out the space on the decklid between the taillights, to try and match the movie car. I think it really sets it off. Hopefully, you all will agree. But, like I said, as soon as the flood ends for the umpteenth time, I will take some pictures and post them.
