In my defense, I was left unsupervised.

I bought a set of the Hart brand rotors and ceramic pads for my beater 2008 4.0 mustang from ebay, seem to work well, no problem under "normal" driving conditions, they don't dust up the wheels and are quiet.
The zinc plating will wear off on the contact area on the rotors which is expected but the center section stays rust free and shiny (I bought the silver colored zinc plated set)
Don't know what they would be like at the track.
Seems like everything from eBay is made in China, didn't see any stickers on them with "Made in China" noted on the pads or rotors. I would stay away from the cheapest ones listed.
The picture is of the Bullitt wheels while they were installed on the 4.0, before I installed them on 5414.

Why don't those people just go home and leave us alone.

I wouldn't buy off of eBay. I have had bad luck in the past doing that. I'd go with a good set of PowerStop Z26 Rotors and Pads.

If you are gonna spend the money why not buy something better than stock. Just cause it's stock doesn't mean its the best.
