Found BULIT tag on Car - IMBOC

Found BULIT tag on Car

Has anyone seen this. I removed the front bumper becaus I am doing the Front Cobra bumper. I know sorry its not stock but I love the look so much better.

Anyway there is a tag behind the styrofoam front bumper support on driver side (its a thin metal tag with a staple or wire holding it on). It says BULIT ( I thought that must be short for bullitt??? ) It also says MAN maybe for Manual. I am just guessing. Has anyone seen or know what this is or is it another form to confim as bullitt.
