Must just be from climbing in and out of it in the garage after those pretend cruise arounds while making vroooom, vroooom noises.

Those are the same locations where I had wear spots, Ezekial.

Couple of pics (in sunlight) of the touch up on the door handle...

Thumbs up

Ford Motorcraft interior paint (midnight black) is a perfect match (from what I can see) to the factory original door handle paint. I had purchased it from the local Ford dealer several months ago but had forgotten that I had it. It contains the the factory "brownish" tint that the original factory units have. The paint I previously applied from LateModel Restoration Supply (color Raven) was slightly grey in appearance. Anyway, just a heads up if anyone is going to touch up the interior door handles due to abrasions, nicks, etc.

Pics comparing the factory unit to the original repainted (w/ Motorcraft midnight black) unit. Original repainted unit has the (forward) side view mirror slew/control switch.
