I'll throw mine in here since it's one of the oddballs. I know this thread is old but just in case someone picks it back up or finds an answer.

I have FFAA springs. Took possession of 0477 in Jan 2008, not sure about the build date. The only option I have is Trunk Wart.

My build date is 04/08 and I have a spring code of "FFBB". I looked it up in the repair manual and here's what I found;
"GG" = front springs part# 4R33-5310-GA
"AA" = rear springs part# 5R33-5560-AA
"FF" = front springs part# 4R33-5310-FA
"BB" = rear springs part# 5R33-5560-BA
Unfortunately the manual doesn't explain what the difference is, there must be a difference since they are different part numbers. Does anyone know what the difference is and if it was an option? I don't remember reading anything about a suspension option.

No, there were no suspension options on the Bullitt. There were very few options available in a Bullitt at all. It seems that the majority of the cars with the Shaker 500 has GGAA and Shaker 1000 have FFBB. What is the difference? Most likely related to the AMP in the trunk. No one really seems to know. And just for the fun of it, it appears that Ford threw in a few FFAA and mixed the others up just to keep this conversion going.

As I have stated before, in the end, this has no meaning but is interesting in that not all Bullitt were made equal.

GG AA seems to be the most common. Depends on the options you selected. The big stereo (1000) has bigger springs in the back, BB I believe. FF is probably one down from GG, but difference could be as little as 5-10Lb/in.
