Like above, I am 37 and when living in the UK mainly had beater daily drivers that lasted 4yrs or so. But yes when I get a Bullitt that costs more than every other car I've owned combined, I'll be owning it for life.

It will be in the garage next to this, that my dad got in 1971..

Tony, like you, I also have my dad's old car sitting beside the Nova and Duster. It is a '82 Jeep Cherokee. It is also a vehicle that will never be sold.

I expect to retire next year and have lots of project to keep me busy and out of trouble. But, then again, some of those projects could get me into trouble if I go overboard.

That is fantastic, having each of those cars purchased new by you and your wife.

Nice!! In all honesty I don't know, probably not enough to justify shipping it back over there compared to what you'd get here.

Anyway you cannot drop a bombshell like that and not give details! Looks like it's running the Zetec conversion? My dad has made me swear to keep his original (which I was going to do anyway) but he recently acquired a LHD Estate (Wagon) that I want to buy off him as it would be perfect for the US, and that I intend to Zetec.

What are the odds on meeting a fellow 19 Bullitt AND Anglia 105E fan?!

With the mid engine Corvette coming, I'd suggest you do some more thinking about buying one.

But I don't want a mid engined corvette, I want a Bullitt Mustang.
