MRT shift knob

Hopefully, someone can explain this to me...

I bought an MRT shift knob for my 2019, and there's no room for the reverse lockout ring. MRT verified it was correct for the year. When installed, it looks terrible. Looking at the two side by side from the bottom, there's a clear difference. Has anyone else experienced this? Where was the disconect?

MRT won't refund the money. It's a useless paperweight now. Next time, go with Steeda

I bought a customized shift knob from them for my '08. Overall its made really nice and is a nice touch for the interior. Its too bad you have had a bad experience with them.

It wasn't too bad of an experience. I just didn't anticipate the need for more parts. It started as a simple swap. However, the new knob was pretty tall on the factory handle. Steeda sells a short throw handle for about $160. So, The handle, plus the shift collar adapter and the custom shift knob is looking pretty sweet now
