My youngest daughter and her "Significant Other" accompanied us to the Nationals last week. After seeing all the Bullitt and interactions with all the people, they are seriously considering getting their own Bullitt. They both currently have 4x4 pickups but the are up to expanding their horizons. BTW, the "Significant Other" spends each night in the local jail. He is a corrections officer. .

StangNut The article accounts for $250 of the $1215. (starting price increase) I'm guessing the standard Bullitt "options" (PP1, 401A, etc) went up as well. Just have to wait for 2020 pricing to find out the truth.

Considering how much they are discounting the 2019's if anyone is thinking of buying now would be the time.

I feel like Legend Lime is one of those colors they should cycle with Grabber Blue. It's a great color and I wish it was available on the newer designs.

pwd72s May your 19 serve you as well as my '09 has over the last 10 years and nearly 30,000 miles. Only regular service, one set of tires, a couple of batteries, and one set of wiper blades. That's it...

Fords4ever For what it’s worth, I miss my ‘06 Legend Lime GT. But alas I can’t seem to afford more than one Mustang at a time so I’ve had to trade each one for the next.

I’d love to pick up an ‘09 Bullitt down the road someday to have a pair of Bullitt’s!

pwd72s No offense taken...because you are correct sir. My '09 Bullitt is now old, and considering the depreciation I've suffered since I bought it new, it is also definitely cheap.

However, it's been reliable transportation so far...

Fords4ever I remember driving a Ford Explorer about 5 years ago that had a digital dash and thinking meh. Then I was concerned about the digital dash being standard in the Bullitt until I drove a 2018 GT with and one without last year.

Now that I have it, I love it. In fact when I see a new Mustang with the standard analog dash, it looks old and cheap to me, no offense.

I have it customized so itís the normal analog look in all modes. I like how the color sweeps on the speedo (green in my case) and changes to red as you get to redline. Only seen that once btw

I know that electronics can be troublesome but thereís just going to be more and more so I figure I might as well adjust to it and like I said, Iíve really come to enjoy the look. I donít like the look in Track mode which is why I changed it to display Normal in all modes but I do appreciate what they intended and if I ever go the drag strip I might switch to that display.

But the star trek dash? The idea of having to look at that arcade game turns me off completely. That's okay, I'm old...Ford knows the younger guys love that stuff. Dee-Dee (daughter) will enjoy spending the money on cruises or something after Cindy & I are gone.

In the meantime, my old, slow, and obsolete '09 Bullitt will continue to get me to my favorite pool hall.

(edit) Please tell me where I went wrong. My daughter and her hubby couldn't care less about cars. Oh well, at least they aren't into drugs, haven't been in jail, and hold down jobs. These days, I guess that's successful parenting.
I'd personally prefer the mechanical gauge pod too. If mine fails I play to get a mechanical and put a digital in storage till whenever it may end up getting sold.

sganow There is a dealership here offering $4000 off MSRP on new Bullitts right now. Of course, those are 2019s.
