Has anyone else noticed that the '03 Cobra hood has reverse scoops just like what some have said should have been put on the Bullitt?

Could it be that the SVT team already had this hood ear-marked for the Cobra and that prevented Team Mustang from using something similar on the Bullitt?

Brad from Bellevue WA, bought a Saleen hood(basically the same thing) and was going to put it on. But he hasn't been on for awile I guess. Do a search, he had some pics posted of the hood when it arrived, but it wasn't painted yet.
