I had my oil changed and i told them 5w 30 but come to find out after words they put 10w 30 should i have it changed right now to the 5w or will this be ok for now?

If it were my car, I would change it and put the 5w30 (or 5w20) back in. Odds are no harm will come with the 10w30 but I wouldn't take the chance.
