2001 DHG - Saving From Dirt Road...
It kills me to post this, but it's the right thing to do for the car. My family is moving to a new house that's down miles of a god-awful dirt road soon, and I can't justify driving the Bullitt down it.
2001 Bullitt with 119k miles, no accidents, no rust, never smoked in, adult owned and driven, not beat up, everything works as it should. She is 22 years old and has some small imperfections as you would expect, but nothing that stops her from getting attention at your local cars and coffee.
The car was built in Michigan, put on a rail car to Texas, then spent its entire life down there until I bought it and drove her back to Michigan. Since I have had it, I have kept her in a climate-controlled garage and kept up on the maintenance. Speaking of maintenance, the car comes with a 2" thick binder that contains every receipt of everything that has ever been done to the car. It's quite impressive.
Between the last owner and myself, there have been a few small but tasteful additions, all which can be easily taken off (I have kept all of the original parts). The car is on Instagram with quite a following (3342_bullitt) if you want to see more pictures and videos.
Price is $9,500 which is in line with most 01 Bullitt's I have been watching across the US. I am happy to entertain offers.
Sale includes all original parts, receipt book, spare oil filter, car cover, and misc. touch-up paints.
