For those of you talking about the milage. This is a 1,788.1 mile drive for 227 and I think it will be worth every mile ;-)... If you don't want to put the miles on the Bullitt you could trailer them, or fly out and rent the Cobra like Bob and a few others did. It's a lot of fun ;-)...

06 was my first National. Worth every mile driven from Hurst,TX to SF,CA. Do it again next year if that is where it was to be held. Nothing but smiles for me and Mary Elaine. :smile:

I just got back with 5000+ additional miles in two weeks time....and wouldn't change it for anything! 3230 now has over 120k and still purrs like a kitten running down that asphalt!!!

from a Bullitt owner in Tulsa...I am pretty sure I'll be able to handle this drive!!!! I've attended the Mid American Shelby meet for the past 5 years and it's an absolute blast. I can't wait to see the Bullitts represented in mass this year.

He did a great job with Dylan while in SF and my wife even commented how good Paul was with him during the whole weekend. Not sure how that conveyed to my parenting skills though.....

Amen. Since I plan on keeping mine on the road for 150,000 and it is 2500 miles round trip - the Tulsa run will be only .o16% of the miles I plan on driving her.
