That's pretty awesome. Is driving on the track a bunch of extra money?

It depends on the track. The MBS track was only $25, and you could do 3 laps at a time for as many times as you could go back through line. It was fun, but it was a small oval track. Barber motor sports park at the 45th celebration is $150 for the day and your driving class gets a 20 minute session on a much larger and curvy track. There are six sessions total during the day, but I don't know how many sessions you get to do. I am hoping that you get to do at least 3, since $150 would be a lot for 20 minutes of track time. It looks like I need to buy a helmet for this track too. I have seen other driving experiences priced in the several hundreds to thousands.

driving around that track was pretty fun. I took my dad for a ride the last time around the track and he was holding on tight the whole way. When we go out he just looked at me and said " I had no idea your car could do that" haha Then the whole way home my dad refused to let me drive and just floored it everywhere he could

p.s. Rob do you have that video you took of my bullitt going down the 1/4 that you took?

Here is the answer I got- it is worth $150 (works out to $25 per run):

"Each of the 4 run groups should get six 20 minute sessions on the track. Running in more than your assigned run group, will require approval of the driving event Official since there will be a maximum of 30 cars on track at a time. Just running in you group will give you a full 2 hours of track time. Trust me, after 6 sessions you will be ready for some rest. Driving a road course is fun but it is work. You will definitely enjoy yourself."
