Just spoke to Ford and they told me production numbers
8146- total production
7338-green
808-black
They said that the COA should be be ready this fall to request

Somewhere I read that there were also 50 Kona Blue 2019 Bullitts made for charity???

Ford told me that there was one Bullitt made in blue for charity. I did not include it as it would throw off the the numbers they gave me.

That makes more sense as I couldn't understand why Ford would do 50 charity cars when only 1 charity car is usually built.
