Start looking at your calendars for April 22 and 23 2017 for the 3rd annual SoCal Bullitt Wine and (in the works Hearst Castle ) run. Start in Santa Barbara , then lunch at Cold Springs Tavern . Run the Valley to some awesome roads and vineyards for tasting .
End up in San Luis Obispo or Moro Bay. Looking at doing a night tour or Hearst Castle.
This is the weekend before Fab Fords and the kick off of the 2017 Show Season

Update;
Tour to start in Santa Barbara this year. Taking the twisties up the mountain to Cold Springs Tavern for lunch, stop in Los Olivos for a beer and or wine. More twisty roads to San Luis Obispo to the hotel. Working on a group night tour of Hearst Castel.
Stay tuned for more updates on hotel location , Rick is working on getting the group rate.

After researching many hotels in the area and not getting a response for group rates . We have decided for everyone to be on their own in San Simeon Ca, just minutes away from Hearst Castle. Rick, Gene and I will be staying at the Sands by The Sea in San Simeon.
We are very close to securing a night tour of Hearst Castle which will be amazing !

Just booked our room at the Sands by the Sea. They are almost sold out for the 22nd so don't delay if you want stay there.

Bullits at the Castle was the first event I ever did with my car back in October '08 - what a great time that was!
