I'd like to meet up with You'll on Saturday...San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay or wherever you end up and do the night tour of Hearst if it's a go! :grin2:

Mark I have a blue 10th anniversary Imboc decal. I am driving down from Vancouver in April to do the so cal bullitt wine tour and Hearst castle tour. You should join us

my holidays are booked for the drive down.
If you can't meet us in the morning at Santa Barbara try to meet us at lunch at cold springs tavern

Everything is a go for the Wine tour. Prior hotel reservations in San Simeon are a must . The last I heard was that the hotel we booked at is sold out.
We all did a group buy of tickets for the Hearst Castle night tour

I must have driven over 20,000 miles over the last 5 years from my home in Vancouver bc to participate in most of those bullitt cruises in that montage. Route 66. 2 so cal wine tours. 2 mcqueen shows. Texas shootout. Colorado. Dearborn.the mustang 50th in Vegas and San Fran bullitt 45th ...plus this year's wine tour and McQueen shows

Jim, Nice Clip...All of those Bullitt's together...what a sight to see...not to mention what it must be like to hear! Thanks for sharing it!

Mike R (Gene) and I had lunch today and put together a time line and route for the Wine /Hearst Castle Run.
1. Depart Earl Warren Show grounds at 10:15am
2. Santa Barbara Mission photo op, 11:00 to 11:20
3. Lunch at Cold Springs Tavern under the bridge 11:50 to 12:30
4. Town of Los Olivos , depart at 2:00pm . Shop, wine and beer tasting
5. Fess Parker Winery , pictures and tasting , depart at 2:45pm
6. Mesa Winery ( if time permits ). Depart at 3:30pm
7. Photo op on Hwy 166 looking over Twichell Resivoir
8. Madonna Inn Dinner 5:15 to 6:30
9. Hearst Castle for tour at 7:30pm

Times are fluid as some locations my take longer or shorter on time

If all goes well, I plan on being at the Earl Warren Show Grounds in time to depart with the rest of the group at 10:15 am, hope to see everyone there!
