Caucasian, Blondish brown hair, green/blue eyes.
Gets good grades in school with minimal effort.
Excellent physical/Mental health.
Behaves like a typical 8 year old boy.

Have to put up for adoption because yesterday afternoon, while rushing to beat his sister out of the garage, the hand brake on his bike left a 5 inch scratch on the passenger rear quarter panel fender. I told him I would spare his life but he would have to leave.

Oh, and all of his cool toys stay here. You can take all of his poke poopoo crap.

How much?($) Does he come with an instruction book? What about the warranty? Let me know as soon as possible because I'm getting tired of doing all the work myself...

See if you can enroll him at the local Vo-Tech. Tell him it's about time he learned how to paint cars if he wants to stay

"Ward, don't be too hard on the Beaver"
I think that this applies here dude.
Adoption may be a little too drastic...but...
holy moly, is this what happened while I was
talking to you on the phone? I remember it...
you were torqued. I say no Kraft Mac and
Cheese for 3 days...that's what I do when
my 3.8 year old daughter puts dings in stuff!
Considering it was the Bullitt, I say 4 days.
It was great talking with you today. It will
be my nickel next time Don.

BTW, "Gun Bunnies" Had to throw that in.

Later,

Kids, take the good with the bad. As upset as I'd be...I'd just about give anything to have kids. Give him a big hug, tell him you love him.....and watch him freak out!!

Yeah PY, I was hoping it was just a scuff, but after I got of the phone with you, I washed it, and discovered the ugly truth.

Hey Donna, I see your in the market for kids.
You don’t live that far away. I’d say what, 5-6 hour drive. You can come down and adopt him and give him the big hug and all. Oh, and you get to take his bike to, it’s the one with DHG paint on the hand brake.

Oh, and can you hurry? Need to close the deal before my wife gets back into town. She may be a bit upset when she finds out I put him up for adoption.

Seriously though, how deep is the scratch?
Does it go to the primer? I feel your pain,
hell, I heard your pain on the telephone!
Can you buff it out?

A 5 inch scratch ? I mean like did it "lightly" scratch the clear coat and maybe it will buff out ? Or like we talkin a "deep" scratch and break through clear coat and the color so that it needs a repaint? Is there a noticeable dent too ? To what ever degree of damage there is,remember that it is fixable. Now to implement the punishment to fit the crime, well everybody has thier own way of dealing with situations like this. Just remember to{with love in your heart] make it a "HIGHLY IMPRESSIONABLE" learning experiance for both of you.

I’m not sure how bad it is. There is no dent. I didn’t wax it today, but the scratch is white, and when I rub my fingers across it, it feels deep. I’m going to try and hand buff it out tomorrow.

If it doesn’t come out, I might pay shipping for any one interested in adoption. I’ll just UPS the bike with the DHG paint on the hand brake.

I really hope that FASTBULLITT's scratch is
not that bad...usually a bike brake handle is
rounded at the tip so hopefully the dig is
not that deep.

Don, my son says he is sick of his older
sister wacking on him for fun so I think
I can provide your son with a good home
provided your son is allowed to wack on
my daughter, i.e. 'dog eat dog' This may
even things out here. You can have your
son back after I reform his "lack of respect
for paint" I will teach him well, HONEST!
I am a good daddy! (see sig below)

FASTBULLITT, BTW, there is a former Navy Seal
that lives just down the street and I think
he would be willing to help out. He and I
don't really get along too well because of
certain "Who is the coolest in the Navy"
issues but I trust him (as far as I can throw
him) but he has small children too. I think
he could help be a good "don't bang on the
paint" role model since he has a '67 Vette
big block...HAW, HAW, HAW!

Enough of my crap...Don, I truely hope that
the scratch is not too bad. Let us know what
comes of it. (your son can be in "time out"
here if you want...max of 10 years though...
and no messing with my daughter, got it?)
 Gun Bunny

FASTBULLITT, have you tried Ebay?? There should be a lot of potential buyers out there that can't have kids of their own! Heck, I might even be interested in him. You say he's smart, eh? He can do my university homework while I play video games and drive around the Bullitt.

Hey PY,

I don’t think it’s crap, I was really thinking over your suggestions.

I’ll see how it comes out tomorrow. If anything, I’m hopping I can at least tone it down some.

Other things I noticed while washing the car today. This is the first time I’ve washed it since my 130 mph run with the 68 Camaro. I had a real hard time getting the high speed bug impacts of my car. I going to have to wash again tomorrow, and wax.
