Did you get the springs? Putting them on this weekend??
Couple of weeks if you put some miles during the week is what I was told. You'll find out then if you need CC plates or camber bolts. Camber bolts are reasonably cheap ($30.00). You may think about adding those while the struts are out. Maybe you won't need either.
I aligned 227 within two days. Even though the springs did settle some, the alignment is still perfict. Car goes straight down the road and no wear on the tires. And no more totations with 295's on the back.
Also once the new springs were on the car drove really BAD because of the alignment being out!
Our club has installed several sets of springs over the past few years and everyone that we did them for went and got an alignment the exact same day. None have had any problems once the springs "settled".
Ok. Got the springs and we will be installing them at the DFW Bullitt Meet. I'll get it aligned when I get back to Houston since there isn't any place close to Glen Rose that is open Saturday afternoon.
