This is the reply I got this morning.
No one is ignoring you. If we were, we would not have created the Bullitt in the first place.
We evaluated a metal label but opted not to do it because it was not tamper-proof enough. We have a fix coming to protect the labels.
Don't worry there is always the second label to prove authenticity of your car.

The last sentence seems to indicate that the clear lable is all we will get. Oh ya, I can always rip out my back seat.
