Read down a little furthur, this is a lease assumption with $23,700 to go on payments. That, plus $1,500, plus whatever the balloon payment is.

Looks like the Board locked and posted my message twice. I did see that after I posted the message. Not sure why you would put those mods on a lease option, but... Still a nice Bullitt.

It may be ok if the complete lease buyout is $25,000, but I'll bet there's more to it, Bud.

Looks like they got 1 bid at 20K. Since that was the reserve I would assume the seller would pay the difference for the lease.
