Do you know what this is?
Noticed a black Mustang with blue and white manufactures' plates last night and again this morning. Unable to identify. Reminded me of the test mule Bullitts with gauges on the A pillar and multipile oblong boxes on the dash. Also noticed a canister near the drivers' rear quarterpanel. Both times we were in traffic and I wasn't able to examine it. (Telegraph/12 mile)
