Hello,
Been a long time since getting on IMBOC and have a question about emissions testing in the Seattle area. I will be moving up there next spring and am running longtube headers and off-road x pipe. If I switch to a catted x pipe, how strict are the emissions testing rules. I understand that since I am a new resident I have to register my car and an emissions test is a must. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Nice to know you'll be okay, Meg. Gosh, I hate to think of you breaking any laws...;)
Paul, everything on my car is 100% legal in the province of BC, including the tint, the plates, the exhaust, and wheels and tires. That is how you mod a car. Be bold. Be unique. Be you. But be smart. ;)

And for any states that have emissions testing, yes, my bullitt passed emissions while we had it in place here.
