Many thanks to you all. As of today, Brady is progressing slowly. Looks like next week before any attempts at surgery will take place. He has had a set back this week and is now on a "heart-lung" machine. Even with this, the Dr's are not unoptomistic with his progress. He had been in an induced coma which they brought him out of yesterday. I'll be back down on Sunday to see him, and will take your advice and bring Bullitt pics for him to see - now that he can open his eyes :). Paul, will give you guys a call to see if you are around.

Bullitt pics are a good idea. Stop by and I'll give you some pics of a green one. ;)

Well the last few days have been a real roller coaster ride. Sunday the Dr's gave him no more than 24 hours  , today he was taken off life support and is doing amazingly well. His o2 counts have stayed steady, bp and pulse very good. One small miracle at a time, this boy is amazing us all. No more ECMO! :D

Thanx Greg! The little guy is still struggling; but, holding his own. Not yet weened off the oscillator, just about on room air now, so moving in the right direction. Mom and Dad are now living at Ronald McDonald House, so a 3 block walk away from the hospital. Actually finally have some pics with not so many tubes hanging out of him. :D

This is without a doubt, the saddest day of my life. We lost Brayden today due to a breakdown in his lung tissue. He passed peacefully in the arms of his Mom and Dad.

Thanks for your kind thoughts. We are doing everything we can right now for my son and daughter-in-law (to be). They did everything possibe to help the little guy, he was lucky to have them for parents during his short stay. Now if I could just get my eyes to stop leaking when I think about this.
