Thanks for the head's up. We are investigating these reports, but do not have a conclusion/recommendation from the engineers. They are doing an intensive analysis which should get us a root cause in the next month or so. Unfortunately, what we do to fix the vehicles will take longer because it will involve experimentation of potential solutions.

The anticipation of waiting to find out what is causing the ticking is killing me. It seems that Ford is working on it, but it may take a while. I long for the day to drive a "tick" free motor.
