Hey folks I just received one of my cars (2000 Cobra R) that I ordered and man the detail is great. I can't wait for the Bullitt to come because judging by the quality of this car we are in for a real treat.

I've seen their work before and it is the best I have seen. I practically drooled over the Super Stallion - just couldn't justify the price of $64.95 even though they are worth it. Well, the Bullitt releases changed my mind - can't wait!!

The Auto Art Models are so much nicer than the Maisto. There's no comparison. There is so much more attention to detail. And it better be for the amount of money that I've coughed up. I've ordered 2 models plus the Bullitt. I'm almost temtped to order another model. But I need that money to pay for the bills.

I just spent a bunch more of my hard earned cash. I just bought a Dyno Don 68 FB 428CJ, a 71 Cobra Tornio, Ertls Bullitt Charger and Mustang, and The Fast and Furious Charger. Tom was really helpful.
Next will be one of the Gasser Willies, the Black Boss 429, and a Sox and Martin Cuda.
Thank God I got a Big pay raise 2 months ago.

Tom said the Auto Art Bullitt Cars (2001 and 1968) will be hopefully out in Apirl.... Reminds me of a year ago waiting for 1007!

Be careful out there!!! I just spent $500 putting up almost 200 linear feet of shelving (on two walls) to hold my collection and I realize I only have enough shelf space for only 2/3 of my collection. Mustang 99 the Blue Boss 302 is boxed up -along with a surprise I found near the bottom of the pile; sorry you can't refuse as they are already boxed up and I'm not reboxing--enjoy!!! (big hint-think Grabber Orange)

XTC - now why did you have to go and post that pic!! I want!! F.Y.I. - I have bought several Maisto 1/18 Mustangs at SAM's for $9.99 - these are the ones that normally sell for $29.99 and up. Keep your eyes out because you never know when they will get a shipment. Picked up the Explorer Sport Trac w/Cobra R on a trailer for only $19.95. Got the single Cobra R on my desk and only paid $9.95!! It's too easy to build my collection, this way.

sc93 reminded me that Ebay also has a diecast car section and YEP!!!!...found 2 examples of the ERTL 69 or 70 Boss 302 in Bright Yellow that i want so badly.
i have to pay down my VISA balance and then register at Ebay and Pay Pal but probably will do it before the month is out (thanks David!!)

AND, as far as Tom at National Diecasters goes i spent quite a few hours researching die cast sites on the web and found many, MANY sites that charge more than he does. found a couple that are comparable, and 1 that was a little cheaper BUT they were out of almost all Mustangs!!!
Tom is a good guy, car enthusiast, and treats us very fairly. and yes Jimmy Ray, i ordered the 4 cars from him and figured i'd see them in about a week and BOOM!....... 2 days later......there they were on my front porch
