Hey guys, I was wondering how hard you guys think it would be for an exhaust shop to make these mufflers work of if its even possible? I know they are suppose to be offset but it seems i may be able to get a good deal on these. Thanks guys!
Most likely they could, I am not sure that the offset will make enough difference that they could not weld them in to fit. You might take a picture of them or find them on-line and run it past the muffler shop prior to purchase to make sure.
Well you have 2 choices...inlet towards the driveshaft would mean outlet real close to the pinion area of the rear/driveshaft. Might be tight.
Or inlet towards the side of chassis, which means muffler might have to hang lower for pipe to clear corner of floorpan.
One time I thought of using the 2005+ FRPP GTA mufflers..they are exspensive though!
