My stock battery died. Little red ball showing in peek hole. Last battery I purchased was in the late 90's. I don't have a clue to who makes a good battery now. What's a good battery for the BULLITT?

37,000 Miles.

Thanks

Although its not on the charts, I have a Optima battery....I liked the fact that it was sealed and you could mount it anyway you wanted to, thats if you really needed to. I have had to replace it once, however with their warranty it was free. Just my two cents, good luck

I went with the Duralast Gold simply because it has a great warranty and it easy to exchange it if it does go out.

I have Optima in the Bullitt but went with the Napa 84 in my F150. My buddy used his shop discount to get it for me.

Thanks.

Who sells Optimas? Do you have to buy them online? They sure are pricy.

I have a Duralast in my F-150 and my wife's Escort. They were not the Gold model, but the next one up from the bottom model, whatever that is:neutral: $35.00 each(?).

Bullitt still has the original equipment.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you replace it. Did you just take it to the store you bought it from or did you have to call optima? I had one die on me too (the hole terminal popped off) and the store I bought it from wasn't very helpful.

Thanks

Yeah! And look at where he's from...Prince George, British Columbia, Canada! How inexpensive could that be for us when converted from Monopoly Money to the real Greenbacks?
