My Bullitt is due in any day, and I would appreciate opinions on weather or not to undercoat it and if so, what product is best? (Excepting the engine compartment, of course!) Thanks for suggestions.
Its a personal preference thing of course. With the E coat from the factory I don't believe its neccessary, it makes a mess and sticks to all the under frame components. The good news it sticks to all the underframe components that are not plated! :smile:If you drive year around in cold climates its a toss up.
I have to drive mine all through the winter up here with snowtires (of course!) and thus I always get my cars done by company called Rust Check. They are great. It is an oil based undercoating and it literally sticks to the floorboards and keeps everything from rusting.
