The panel gap between my hood and fenders is noticeably bigger on the right side than the left (at least, noticeably to me), and the right door/front fender gap gets bigger towards the bottom. It seems like it's the front right fender that's off a bit, but I would think it might be easier to adjust the hood and door mounts. Is this feasible or even possible?

I have adjusted the hood and it is simply a matter of slightly loosening the two bolts at each hinge and tweaking it a little here and a little there :)
I have not done anything with the doors, but they too should be as simple and yet it could require a combination of these adjustments.

You can do this all yourself, but better still your dealer should be the one doing these adjustments. You have a brand new car and misalignment and excessive gaps are unacceptable.

Any dealer worth their salt would have you bring the car in and do these adjustments while you wait the 30 minutes it should only take.
