I don't know if this topic has been addressed yet, there is just so many forums to look at. I want to get as much paper on my car as I can and I've heard how build sheets can be located under seats, carpet and the dash... etc. Has anybody found theres?
My window sticker has a date of April 30, 2001 (Monday) The door jam says 05/01. Would these dates help me if I spoke to Ford on aquiring a build sheet or is this something that if it still exists it will be somewhere in my car?

There are quite a few posts on this and if
you did a "build sheet" search you will find
lots of info. For now, get under the rear
bumper (you have to get on the ground), look
up in that 2 inch wide space way up there
and you may see a crumpled piece of paper.
If you see this paper it is most likely
your build sheet...but don't yank it out
too quick...it may be taped in (mine is).
They rip very easily.

Tools required: flashlight and small hands.

Have fun!

BTW...I left my build sheet in there since
it is not only taped in but pinned in by
the styrofoam/frame. Can't get it out without
ripping it in half.
