After a oil change on Bullitt 503,and finishing up the yard leaf work today,it was time to take a little afternoon Bullitt run. My favorite little country road, loaded with switch back turns, and one area with a slight rise and a S curve at the bottom, exhaust rumbling away.....Man was this heaven or what! The Bullitt at it's best!

My trip to and from work in #3401 everyday involves the kind of driving you describe.

There is an uphill S-curve that I roar through in third gear.

In other words... I know what you mean, Mus408!

This is what Bullitt ownership is all about.

Have any of you noticed that with the cool temps the fall brings, that our Bullitts seem to have just a bit more power and rumble?:D:

Twoponys,Hopefully in a couple of weeks the cool fall air, will really make this Bullitt rumble, with a new MAC H-pipe!

My Bullitt feels stronger and sounds louder once the temperatures dropped below 70 up here in Michigan.

Yup, that's called dense(r)air. Best time to take the ole "bucket 'O Bullitts" to the strip! Have fun.
