Since many of you have been to the Nationals before and from what I gathered you also have been to the track day I have a quick question maybe someone here could answer. I've not been to either and because of my work schedule I may not know if I can attend until the very last minute. That said can I show up to the track day and get on it? I've never had a track day and since my car is completely set up just for that, I would love to get on Roebling Road but I don't own a helmet either. Could you rent one there?

The FL Bullittheads are coming to Nats. We are going to have a blast on RRR, a fun easy to learn the basics track. 9 technical turns with the speed straightaway, and the only time you have to get on the brakes is the entrance to turn 1. Lots of run off room for a safe agricultural off track experience. With Chip Bozeman as Chief Steward, it will be real great.
I recommend printing a downsized map of the track and taping it to your steering wheel hub. Study it on the drive to Nats. But do not follow this track map on the interstate.
Watch videos from YouTube, but only Mustang (rear wheel drive cars) and not from newbies on their first track experience.
I have videos of running a RRR mustang line that I took in April after Chip tightened the nut behind my Bullitt steering wheel. Will be available to view in the parking lot Wed and Thurs nights to prep.
Remember, smooth in, fast out.
This is a lifetime experience to have a track day with mainly Mustangs.
I am just bringing it...
