Hey everyone,

Has anyone else been rather annoyed that the rocker paneling around the tires (those plastic "splash guards") tend to make contact with the road at every chance.

I have been studying the original '68 fastback and have noticed that its ground effects were much less pronounced. I have been playing with the idea of removing and storing my Bullitt rocker panels and having some of the standard V6 or GT rocker kits painted and installed on my Bullitt just to give it a little more clearance on the road. Obviously, this is a few years from happening, but I want to throw out the idea.

Thoughts?

I agree the mudflaps dont look sporty, even though they do help the paint I'm sure. I checked on getting the standard GT rocker pieces, but just couldnt bear to change Bullitt's lines that much. Then again, I'm considering adding a Cobra hood without the scoop.......lol, my mind changes daily! lol
