I've been assigned to a project at my company's corporate office in Sarasota, FL for the next two months. DHG5281 is safely at home in the garage, but man I'm missing her. I do get to go home every other weekend to visit the car and of course the wife  . Don't know which I'm missing more. I'm having to drive a 4-banger rental while in Sarasota. What a shock to the system.

What about us northerners? My car has been in the garage since Nov 1st. I've even started a countdown in my Franklin till April 1st. What really galls me is that it hasn't snowed enough to stay on the ground-theres lots of salt on the roads though.

Going thru it right now... The Bullitt's 350 miles away in Cleveland with comp-only insurance on it, so I can't drive it. At least it's far away, so there's no temptation to drive it. I put it away with the expectation that Chicago would have a lot of snow and there would be salt all over the roads... How wrong I've been so far this season (with a whopping 3" having fallen so far this season, compared with 34" by now last season!)

Had mine out for a nice drive Friday night. I used to live up north too. My girlfriend accused me of having PMS all winter. Which was true. PMS stands for PARKED MUSTANG SYNDROME.... Needless to say I got tired of putting up my stangs for the winter and moved south.

Talking about withdrawals, mine has been covered in the garage since 1 Oct. Only got to drive for 2 weeks. Plus I just returned home after one month deployed at a little island in the south pacific. At least I got a break from the cold Alaska winters.

I am up here in chicago and I can only say i have definitely been driving #1676! the only time i dont is when snow is in the forcast and i can visually see salt on the roads which with the amount of snow there hasnt been a need for 2 much salt! Of course with it below freezing most of the time its kinda hard to wash her so shes a bit on the dirty side! Thanx Havgun #1676
