At a recent gathering of DFW area Bullitts a local cop took great interest in the midst of all the ponies. Judging by the palm tree one might imagine we are in southern Florida. By the wet pavement and jackets one might imagine Seattle. But no, it's just good ol' Texas.

Yeah the weather did settle down later. When I got home I found 7 VWs in my driveway and garage. My son had his group over installing a suspension on one and nitrous on the other. I was infested with German crotch rockets.
