there was a thread on this on either modulardepot.com or modularpowerhouse.com, i dont remember which one. there were some complaints on the gms ones, and i read that they aren't necessary until very high horsepower. the ford parts hold up fine.
True, but the throttle response is quicker. Seems to idle smoother, which could just be due to one of the stockers going bad, but that was my justification. I got mine from jegs. I also attached to the COP's, the granitelli electrode and high temp boots. Got those from RPM outlet. ~$100 for those.
