I know a lot of you have been waiting for this!

I found a place that will do custom jackets (leather, wool and cotton twill).

Price ranges from $99 for cotton twill to $500 for the most customized leather jacket.

The leather ranges between $250-$500. Custom made for size, color, car numbers, names, anything you want.

I will be selling then at the BULLITT Store soon!

My plans are to put up an order form (like I have for the coins and hats) so each member can customize until their heart's content!

Expect about 6 weeks for delivery (plenty of time to get them for Ennis!)

Tonight I will put up color charts and examples. In the meantime, check them out at http://www.customleatherjackets.com/index.html

They will give a significant discount for ordering 5 or more jackets. However, obviously, each member can deal direct with the company if they wish since there is no minimum order!

I can organize the purchase if you all want to. The MFG will ship direct to the member!

Let me know how many of you are interested and I will proceed with a design.

I do know they can make the jackets in all 3 colors or what ever color you want!

No disrespect Wade and I love my car...but I think this is a little overboard...just my opinion. A t-shirt is one thing, but a leather jacket? sheeeesh

can't blame a man for providing a service.. especially when there is a demand for it.... would consider a jacket but not leather a bit out of my price range and no real need here in texas... a nice light weight would be better for me

I hate to break the bad news to you Wade, but in Ennis in September you will not want a jacket. December-maybe, September-nope.

I think that the idea, however, is great and I would love to have a jacket. Unfortunately at this time I have been officially banned from buying anything else for the Bullitt or that has to do with the Bullitt by the wife. When she lifts the embargo, I will drop you a line.

I agree guys, just offering since I've had numerous requests to make something like this. The good thing is there is no upfront cost and no minimum order. Just making it available to those who may want one.

Wade, when they say custom do they mean custom? I would buy a dark green leather jacket in a heartbeat if I could get it 9in a 42 Long. Otherwise, it ain't gonna fit right. Alarge - the sleeves are too short. Extra large - the body is too big (but the sleeves are about right). I have more damn jackets that don't fit than Elvis. Let me know. They'll take measurements on the length of the hair on your arms if you want!

These folks are extreme professionals. Anything you can want in a jacket made with leather, they will make. It will be a one-of-a-kind if you want it to be.
