I ran one of his setups, way back when they first came out. Did some dyno runs with various diameter tube setups, with a leaf blower substituing air at speed. They showed small HP gains on the Bullitt, but maybe could have shown bigger gains with the correct tune.
However,I now run the JLT setup which places the MAF unit into the fender/lower bumper area. With a good tune,my Bullitt really woke up!
I have the full length system, and to be honest, my favorite part of the whole system is the MAF forward part. The MAF to TB connectors are 3 pieces for the Bullitt, and I just don't care for the way it looks personally. I'm going to replace my upper with the C&L upper, so that I can run a strut tower brace anyways. With the SCT canned tune and the DeMolet setup, I felt some pretty good gains above 4000rpms.
