No one in the DFW area knows a good/cheap place to get gears installed?!?! How about just cheap? or just good?

I guess I will do a little research and post back with my findings.

Hey Llamaboy, what is Dallas Mustang charging? I'm just curious to know too, and I've heard good things about them as well.

Good luck with your findings.

Mid-Cities Mustang is off W Euless Blvd.
(817) 267-2667

I called them on getting my car inspected but never made it out.

Lonestar Performance will install them for $175 if you want them professionally installed, and will take about 3 hours.

I am also working on a amateur install for $80, I'm still waiting on word back.

Yet another post

I went to dfwstangs and did a lookup on lonestar, there are several good comments about thier work including gear installs..

This may be the best place that is a good balance between quality and price.

my opinion of dallas mustang isn't the worlds best to say the least... lets put it this way... before I would let them touch my mustang in any shape matter or form... I would sell it and buy a camaro just so they couldn't/wouldn't...

I have heard several strong opinoins about Dallas Mustang, some even favorable! Lonestar seems to have a "near" flawless reputation. Speedworks also seem to be on the A list..

I will prolly end up using lonestar unless a private mechanic comes forward for a good price with references. I don't want to worry about the gears after the install!

With the group purchase at GEF Racing. I thought you were going in on it??

I'm gonna call Sam today and place my order if I can make the decision between the 3.73s and the 4.10s

Check out the group purchase under 'Mods'
