Well all,

I hate to do this but the time has come to sell my beloved Bullitt. As some of you know, in the past few months I have taken a job in Mannford, Oklahoma and I've actually been driving 1848 about 90 miles a day to and from work. Also, I'm in the process of getting a new house....It is driving me crazy getting new rock chips and wear-and-tear on the car so I have decided to let the car go while it is in pretty good shape still. Anyway, about the car:

The Good:
Very well maintained car. I would have no reservations about getting in this car and driving to the Nationals right now. I have used Mobil 1 synthetic every 3-4K miles since purchased at 16K miles. The car is about to hit 57K on the odometer so still relatively low mileage. Perfect CarFax. New Nitto tires, new brakes, Flowmaster Amercian Thunder exhaust and Mac off-road h-pipe (I still have factory h and factory mufflers), cool little security system that I'll have to explain. Original brochures(including the cool one w/ film cells/window sticker/documentation and signed by Scott Hoag under the hood.

The Bad:
Rock chips(arghhh)...the front bumper and hood are really starting to show some rock chips. I am pretty picky about paint and from a distance, it is hard to tell but up close they are definitely noticeable. I will provide detailed pictures upon request. There is a slight scratch on the rear bumper where a shopping cart or something got me, the passenger side mudflap is cracked and finally, the headlights are looking a little foggy. I know it sounds bad but I want to be as up-front about the car as possible. All-in-all about 700 dollars to get this car back to perfect.

In closing, I really love this car and hate to see it go but, if you happen to be in the market for a good B with decent mileage and pride in ownership shows this would make a great reliable car for a fair price...give me a shout!

I've seen this car personally, and it is as well taken care of as a daily driver can be.

Man, hate to see you sell it, Scott, but I definitely understand how life can get in the way.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys! I'll definitely be around for Bullitt events and IMBOC after she's gone...and considering how much I loved this car, and all the great folks on here, I'm sure when I get settled in again, I'll be back with another B.
