For any prospective Bullitt buyers in Australia.
I have the one and only right hand drive Bullitt Mustang GT for sale in Australia.
I personally imported this vehicle and the conversion was carried out by Cross Over Conversions in melbourne.
The vehicle in basically stock and has travelled a meer 32,000 miles, drives like a dream and is a real head turner.
Asking price is a steal at AUD$69,995.00
For more information call 0428572454.

Why is Australia so strict about the right hand drive rule? Do they consider left hand drive inherently unsafe?

We have right hand drive cars here and to the best of my knowledge, nobody has died because of it.

Nice conversion. Would definitely be a unique car to own.

Australian laws require all imported vehicles less than 30 years old have to be converted to RHD.
Probably to protect the local manufacturers.
Anything older can be left as LHD provided the headlights are changed, indicators are changed to amber and non laminated windscreens have a safety zone on the drivers side.

Hi Greg
The past 12 months have been difficult.
Several bereavements in the family and a lot of preasure at work.
But then there is the times spent crusing through this site and briving the Bullitts.
Just back in American Samoa after 3 weeks in Oz, clocking up a few thousand miles in the Bullitt.
Man they are a joy to drive on the open road.
Beats the 25 MPH speed limit we have in Pago Pago.
Regards to Carol and keep up the good work for IMBOC.
