This should be a private message. But I'm afraid you wouldn't look for your privates for a while and I need your help Now!. I took your advice and went to walmart and bought the sleeping pills you recommended. However, there were two kinds. equate night time sleep aid (Blue box) and equate sleep aid tablets (Red box) which ones do you guys take? Again sorry to all for clustering the regular chat page with this private stuff. Maybe some of you have been looking for a sleep aid yourselves. Thanks Dona.

HA! You were right....kinda...I was TRYING to sleep, but we were out of sleep aid!!

PONY - I get the blue box....the Walmart "equate" "night time sleep aid"...they should be a baby blue color tablet and depending on if your Walmart has put out their "new" kind yet....they could be package individually or in sets of two tablets to a blister pack....the "serving" is two tablets!!

I hope this helps and I hope they work for you, they sure work for us....but do give them at LEAST an hour. We've been taking them for over two years and tend to give them just a bit longer to work.....best of luck, we know how it is!

Oh, and you are right...I would not have checked my "privates" for a while...LMAO...THAT was funny!!

Anyway, they are not round, but a capsule, that's the word...CAPSULE...solid baby blue.

Hate to rain on your parade, but those would be called "caplets", not capsules. A capsule is a soluble gelatin container that encloses a medicine (like "Contact" capsules), while a caplet is a capsule shaped tablet.....

PONY XTC, I'm SO glad to hear that, that's wonderful! We sleep well too!! Just a note, if you can't get at least 6 or 7 hours in on these pills, you might feel a little sluggish when time to get up....but, when we get in 6 or more hours, we feel great too!
