Been reading about the new "dry flow" filters. These are a washable synthetic material that uses no oil. Reported to flow about the same as K&N.
AEM is making them and believe FRAM is also starting. Anyone have any news on these?

Thanks Alan,

Have you tried one? Looks like I need this one to replace my current K&N

I haven't tried one.
The installer/tuner put a new filter on the Bullitt when I had the S/C installed and it is back in the fender. Before I had a K&N FIPK in the engine compartment.

I just got a quick look at the filter that he put in and it looked quite similar to the K&N. It is about time for me to crawl under there and pull it off for inspection/cleaning, but I am putting it off.

I have bookmarked this Site and will look into if further when the time comes. I too would be interested in hearing any reviews/comparisons with K&N from people that have one installed before I buy.
