In the November issue: Good write up on the Bullitt, disappointed in the power and acceleration performance. E/Ts best [email protected] with 2.09 60 ft times. Dyno test 236.5 Horse Power @ rear wheels
and 279.8 lbs per foot.
Has anyone had their Bullitt dyno?

fellas,

I responded to this on another thread: those MMFF dyno numbers are STD corrected and not the more widely accepted SAE dyno correction. If that car was really 237rwhp and 279rwtq, 98.5 would NOT have been it's highest trap. Probably closer to 100.5 with Evan Smith driving. I'd bet the SAE numbers for #0028 are under 230rwhp and under 270rwtq. MMFF did the same thing the month before when they dynoed a 2001 cobra.

for comparison, mine dynos 239.3rwhp/275.3rwtq SAE. It's trapped over 101 in houston summer heat.

the "M" in MMFF stands for meatballs. their content is always suspect.

DHG #0148 Just got back from Higgins Ford Performance Dyno run:SAE Ratings
1st run 232.2 hp 270.3 tq
2nd run 234.9 hp 282.5 tq
3rd run 237.o hp 279.4 tq

Only mod is a K&N filter

I quess I'm satisfied that I have a 275 hp Bullitt as told when I first bought the car.
