Ok look I've been chasing noises round and round and actually making headway on some but now I got one from hell.

All this time I thought it was coming from under the dash and have been waiting to tackle that monster as a last resort but coming back from MS this weekend this rattle was going into overdrive and driving me nuts. For some reason I reached down and grabbed the e-brake handle and the noise stopped. I could let go of it and a few seconds later it would come back. I actually narrowed it down to just the release button. With one finger placed on the button ever so slightly I could get rid of the rattle.

My question is, is there a fix?
Do I need to just replace it? If so then where's the best place to order one from?

Look any help is welcomed!!!!!!

Check to see if you have anything stuck down in the boot. I had the same problem. It ended up being that 2 dimes feel into the boot and wedged themselves in.

I was messing around with it last night so I'll just have to see now.
