thanks for coming back to me Tony. No it doesn’t happen in any other gears and the chattering will stop once I’m underway.
if I put the car in reverse and very slowly release the clutch without any gas it will start chattering away. I’m riding the clutch so it doesn’t stall.

please have a listen on this video...

Just wanted to know if this was considered normal ?.
it almost sounds like something is loose. Engine cold it won’t do it, engine hot without driving it won’t do it.
But after an hour of driving using the clutch a lot it will do it every time, plus the slight wobble when pulling away.

move taken once already to the dealer and they said because of the large engine it’s normal if you don’t Rev up as you pull away. But I’m not convinced.
to me it sounds like hot spots on the clutch or contamination ?.

Multi plate clutches can be noisy if everything isn't perfectly aligned. Drive it for a while and see if it gets better or worse.
